Chicken Patty Cakes

  • 1 can (12 oz) chicken, drained, flaked
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. Sweet Pickle Relish
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. divide into 8 equal patties
  3. Brown both sides in nonstick skillet.
Served on buns lightly mayo'd and a side of curly fries!
